Pool Safety requirments

Hi could anyone point in the right direction to find out the necessary pool safety requirements on rental properties. I am told that new legislation requires pool fencing by the end of October

I'm not 100% sure. Your best bet might be either calling a company that provides pool equipment and might be in the know.
