Citizens’ Shops (Lojas do Cidadão) in Portugal

It provides residents' access to a number of services at one location at the desks of customer-orientated representatives from each entity represented. The Lojas do Cidadão have simplified a range of procedures.

Note: currently queues can be long as there are not yet enough offices nationwide nor the qualified staff to man them.
